The role of Remote Customer Service Advisor (English, Lingala, Swahili, French, Tshiluba, Kikongo-speaking):
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and in-person interactions.
- Providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Handling complaints professionally and working towards timely resolutions.
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborating with other departments to improve customer experience.

Contracted Hours –40 hrs per week
Annual rate - Up to $15,000 Depending on Experience
This is a full time job working from home within 12 months after you will be at the head office based in DRC
What is the role?
Joining us as a Gaming Analyst you will play a vital part in assisting with gaming operational support and analysis. You will be:
- Proactively assist with reviewing the estate performance on a store/regional/national level.
- Assist with Identifying trends in performance and subsequently opportunities for growth and potential risks.
- Assist with ensuring all daily, weekly and monthly reports are distributed, on time and accurate, thus driving forward performance.
- Assist with Marketing and Tanning analysis.
- Assist the gaming team with all administration tasks.
- Take direction from the gaming team to assist with all daily tasks and queries.
- Provide assistance to ensure the Gaming Team is a value adding service provider.
- Assist as required with any budgeting and forecast queries.
- Assist the finance department with invoicing requirements as required.
