The role of Remote Customer Service Advisor (English, Lingala, Swahili, French, Tshiluba, Kikongo-speaking):

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and in-person interactions.

  • Handling complaints professionally and working towards timely resolutions.
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborating with other departments to improve customer experience.

 Attention to Detail: 

IT and technology experience 

can work with Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel

must have Laptop , phone or Tablet to work from home

better internet connection up to 10 hours daily

Shifts: The department is open from 08:00am until 06:00pm so no late

Fully Job Description:


Contracted Hours –40 hrs per week

Annual rate - Up to $15,000 Depending on Experience

This is a full time job working from home within 12 months after you will be at the head office based in DRC


 What is the role?

Joining us as a Gaming Analyst you will play a vital part in assisting with gaming operational support and analysis. You will be:

  • Proactively assist with reviewing the estate performance on a store/regional/national level.
  • Assist with Identifying trends in performance and subsequently opportunities for growth and potential risks.
  • Assist with ensuring all daily, weekly and monthly reports are distributed, on time and accurate, thus driving forward performance.
  • Assist with Marketing and Tanning analysis.
  • Assist the gaming team with all administration tasks.
  • Take direction from the gaming team to assist with all daily tasks and queries.
  • Provide assistance to ensure the Gaming Team is a value adding service provider.
  • Assist as required with any budgeting and forecast queries.
  • Assist the finance department with invoicing requirements as required.

 Who are we looking for?

We welcome candidates from all different backgrounds and of various experiences, to apply to join our well-established team. This role will suit someone with 1 – 2 years’ analytical experience looking for the next step in their career and wanting to develop in an exciting business


This position requires you to have the following criteria:

  • Commercially minded and able to add an insightful value to the business
  • Diligent and thorough with an analytical and numerate outlook and excellent eye for attention to detail
  • Excellent IT skills especially working with MS office
  • Good administration skills
  • Desirable - Experience with Industry standard BI tools such as Tableau or similar (not essential as training can be provided).
  • Desirable – A degree or appropriate qualification in an analytical or related subject.
